How long does it take to get an Oklahoma medical marijuana card?

OMMA processes patient license applications within 14 business days of submission. Once approved, your digital license is emailed immediately and can be used at Oklahoma dispensaries.

Can I grow marijuana at home in Oklahoma?

Yes - licensed OMMA patients may cultivate up to 6 mature plants and 6 seedling plants on property they own or have written permission from the property owner to use. Plants must not be visible from adjacent streets, and butane/propane extraction is prohibited on residential property.

What are the possession limits for Oklahoma medical marijuana patients?

Licensed patients may possess up to 3 ounces on their person, 8 ounces at home, 1 ounce of concentrates, 72 ounces of edibles, 72 ounces of topicals, and harvested marijuana from their 6 mature plants. These limits are cumulative.
