Petition to Add Debilitating Conditions in Illinois
Illinois residents may petition the Illinois Department of Public Health to add their medical conditions to the qualifying conditions for medical cannabis in Illinois. Each patient can petition for a single medical condition. Petitions are accepted twice annually, from January 1 to January 31 and from July 1 to July 31. Remember, petitions sent outside of these dates will not be accepted and will be returned.
