Step 3: Click “BEGIN INITIAL APPLICATION” to create your initial application. Now a prompt will appear. Click “CONTINUE” to proceed to the application.
Step 4: Now, you are brought to your initial application page. Click “SUPPLY A PHOTO” to submit your State ID or passport-style photo to your application.
Step 5: In the next step, click “CHECK MY STATE ID” to upload your driver’s license photo from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), or click “SUPPLY MY OWN” to upload your own photo from your device.
Step 6: Click “PROCEED.”
Step 7: Upload your Proof of Residency documentation and click “SUPPLY PROOF.”
Step 8: A form will appear, verify your data and click “APPLY.”
Step 9: Type your first and last names to sign your application electronically.
Step 10: Click “SUBMIT MY CARD APPLICATION.”
Step 11: Click “CLICK HERE TO PAY ONLINE.”
Step 12: Enter your payment details and pay the application fee.
