On 26th April 2022, laws were updated to clarify rules for caregivers growing cannabis for patients.
Another law effective in August 2022 allows for tracking plants at the same stage of growth. The updated law also says how many plants a caregiver can grow and the rules for the growing area.
Curbside pickup and limited delivery of cannabis products became legal for recreational use on 8th August 2022.
Starting January 2023, off-premises sale of non-smokable marijuana will be allowed with municipal approval.
A law effective in August 2022 permits edible marijuana with a variance of up to +/- 10% in potency.
